Robinson Aerospace got its bootstrapping start in Jeff Robinson’s garage in Burleson, TX 20+ years ago. Jeff, and brother Joe, left the USAF as highly trained sheet metal mechanics and began work as contract interior installation mechanics and cabinet fabricators serving a handful of MROs.
The Robinsons found a need for high quality, high-end cabinetry in corporate jet interiors. This led to a contract with Galaxy Aircraft finishing interiors of Galaxy’s new jets rolling off the line at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth. When Gulfstream acquired Galaxy, Robinson earned a new contract and expanded the operation into a 35,000-square-foot facility.
Today, Robinson Aircraft Interiors as part of Robinson Aerospace, includes over 140 employees operating out of the 217,563 square foot facility at Alliance which was originally occupied by Galaxy. Robinson Aerospace and their Interiors company offer direct access new and retrofit business aircraft interiors and MRO services.
